Overview
Premier’s After School Enrichment Program provides tutoring for students, teaching them essential study skills and efficient time management. From homework help to additional academic enrichment, we offer a wide range of classes to cover many areas of a student’s academic needs.
Math Class (Mon/Wed)
Our Math classes focus on the mechanics of mathematics at the student’s level, giving your student an advantage in their daytime school by exposing them to relevant material weeks or even months before it comes up in their regular class:
✔ Review, Current, & Preview
✔ Basic Math (1st – 6th grade)
✔ Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-calculus
✔ Premier Homework given on Monday, Due Wednesday
✔ Premier Test given on Wednesday
English Class (Tue/Thu/Fri)
Our English classes focus on writing strategy, grammar, reading comprehension, and vocabulary skills. We do provide weekly vocabulary, grammar, and/or reading comprehension tests and as well as essays. We also offer ESL/ELD (English Second Language) private tutoring:
✔ Vocabulary, Reading, Writing, Grammar, Speech
✔ If 8th or 9th grade: PSAT Reading and Writing
✔ Premier Homework given on Tuesday, due on Thursday and Friday
✔ Premier Test on Thursday/Friday
Homework Help (Mon - Fri)
The curriculum of our tutoring center also instills a sense of responsibility among students. Besides having to complete their homework from school, those who enroll in Premier Academy Walnut must also finish additional assignments from after school classes. Though difficult, working on multiple sets of homework teaches pupils how to effectively manage their time. With more responsibilities, students will learn how to prioritize their duties and increase their productivity.
Chinese Class (Fri)

Designed with a K-12 educational framework, the Chinese curriculum facilitates interactive learning with theme-based lessons that can easily be adapted into daily life. Unlike any other software or courseware, IQChinese type-to-learn allows you to practice, learn, and review simultaneously.
✔ Schedule for Chinese: Every Friday 5:00 – 6:30 pm
✔ Students learn Simplified Chinese.
